SUPER SIX
The Speed Machine
Light. Stiff. Like a Super Six.
The client had fallen for the Cannondale Super Six but the LAB71 frame's lead time stretched to six months. He couldn't let it go — so we built him one in titanium, based on his personal fitting data.
The requirements were simple: light, stiff, like a Super Six. Every decision flowed from those three words.
Full Internal Routing
The cockpit features the client's chosen VISION 5D integrated handlebar — one of the top-tier components on this build. Combined with 5D spacers and the ACR headset system, we designed a matching full-internal-routing head tube solution.
Di2 wiring passages are sealed with press-fit rubber grommets at every entry point, ensuring waterproofing throughout.
T47-68: Practical & Bulletproof
The client had no interest in SRAM, so UDH was dropped entirely. We went with the T47-68 bottom bracket — a proven, durable, and serviceable standard. The frameset weighs 1713g. A single-ring system with ISP design would bring that down significantly.
