A testament to engineering permanence.

Phase 01 / Fabrication

The Art of the Weld

At Xanax Titanium, the weld is more than a joint—it is a signature. Our master fabricators work in argon-purified environments, laying down TIG beads that resemble a stacked row of silver coins. This level of precision ensures that the molecular structure of the titanium remains uncompromised, delivering a frame that is vertically compliant yet laterally indestructible.

Raw Brushed

The purest expression of titanium. Hand-brushed with industrial scotch-brite for a resilient, satin finish that never ages.

Bead Blast

A matte, tactical finish created by high-pressure ceramic media. Uniform, durable, and completely non-reflective.

Anodized Slate

Electrochemical surface hardening that introduces deep, permanent tonal shifts without adding the weight of paint.

Precision isn't just a metric; it's a moral obligation. When we weld a frame, we are building something intended to outlive the owner. That responsibility dictates every single movement of the hand.

COMPLETED COMMISSIONS

"The ride quality is indescribable. It has this 'snap' that carbon fiber lacks, and it damps road vibration like nothing else I've ever ridden."

James L., London

"I've crashed it twice on gravel descents. A quick wipe down and it looks brand new. It’s the last bike I will ever buy."

Sonia K., Zurich

"Pure industrial art. People stop me in the street just to touch the welds. It's as much a sculpture as it is a machine."

Mark R., Tokyo
